Similar to the treadmill, the elliptical trainer provides efficient training of the cardiovascular system. However, during walking each step needs to be cushioned by the joints. The smooth, elliptical pedal movements of the CROSS 4000/4100 significantly reduce these loads: cushioning after the flight phase is completely eliminated here.
CROSS 4000 is characterized by a rather steep and short ellipse.
